Navigating to Canned Responses

The Canned Response feature is located in Facebook Messenger. Canned Responses only works on the website for Facebook Messenger and will not work in the app. 

Navigate to Canned Responses Dashboard from Facebook

1.  Click on the Olympia Google Chrome Extension. 

2.  Click “CRM”. 

3.  Click on the Olympia Google Chrome extension once Messenger opens up. 

4.  Olympia will open the CRM. Your Canned Responses are located in the lower right hand corner or you can click on the paper airplane icon in the upper right hand corner to open your Canned Responses Dashboard in a new tab.

5.  Once Messenger opens up, you can also click on the paper airplane icon on the right hand side of your screen to open up your Canned Responses.

Navigate to Canned Responses Dashboard from Messenger.com

1.  Go to Messenger.com

2.  Log into your Facebook account. 

3.  Click on the Olympia Google Chrome extension once Messenger opens up. 

4.  Your Canned Responses are located in the lower right hand corner or you can click on the paper airplane icon in the upper right hand corner to open the Canned Responses Dashboard in a new tab.

5.  Once Messenger opens up, you can also click on the paper airplane icon on the right hand side of your screen to open up your Canned Responses.
